At just 26 years old, I’m a dedicated extreme pepper grower with over 6 years of experience cultivating some of the world’s hottest and rarest pepper varieties. My favorite are scorpion peppers, but my love for heat started long before the garden—growing up biracial Cajun and Latin, spicy food has always been part of my culture and everyday life. When I’m not growing peppers or working, I spend my time training in grappling and MMA, bringing that same competitive mindset to the pepper stage. In 2025, I proved my heat tolerance by taking the championship at the Galveston Pepper Festival Hot Chili Eating Competition, and I’m always ready for the next challenge.
